"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:arial;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">,我總有著特殊的偏好,對於這種可以直接嘗到穀物原始的甜味或是簡單調味的麵包,我偏好的程度只排名在日式紅豆麵包之後,一直有想要嘗試在家作Focaccia但總未開始,所以這次總算有機會完整看到整個製作流程,其實只要有過麵包製作經驗,作Focaccia應該都不會有太大的問題,標準的攪拌>第一次發酵>整形調味>第二次發酵>烘烤,這次是加橄欖及迷迭香調味,單吃味道很好,但這次是用來當三明治,最後味道有點過重也有點過鹹,其實就原始的橄欖油及海鹽調味來做三明治應該就會很好吃了!</span></span></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 24px; text-align:NONE"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">蜂蜜芥末醬是一個非常好用的醬料<span class="Apple-style-span" style=" line-height: 24px; font-family:arial;">,除了烤火腿,也可烤雞,煮義大利麵,當沾醬或調沙拉醬,不過這樣的料理方式最好還是使用第戎芥末醬,味道較對,這也是到簡單的料理,只需將洋蔥切片舖在烤盤底層,再放上塗滿蜂蜜芥末醬的火腿,這次一半是原味,另一半作成歐洲聖誕節時常見的柳橙丁香口味,在烘烤時需每10分鐘左右再塗上一層蜂蜜芥末醬,讓香味可以進去火腿也讓表層烘烤出焦糖化的脆脆表層,味道真的還不錯,不過或許因為今天的菜色都有點鹹,連著吃下來舌頭有點撐不住。</span></span></div><div style="clear:both; style="font-family:arial;">,義大利麵或燉飯好像變的有點平常,所以在競爭之下,大家就開始引進較不一樣的食材。這次的Polenta就是加熱調味作為紅酒噸牛肉的主食,味道與之前Joyce用鑄鐵烤盤在燒烤過不太一樣,就Polenta本身就是比較輕淡的甜味,還有配上紅酒牛肉汁的淳味,而之前烤過的就較有加熱過焦焦的香味,每個食材在不同的料理方式及於其他食材的配合下,都可以有無限的變化!!</span></span></span></span></span></div></div>Jenny 2Y<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">剛好在舊曆新年前一個禮拜出生的容容在今天歡度了兩周歲生日</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial; line-height: 24px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">,之前就在跟大姐討論是誰要負責買蛋糕,剛好最近的我還是無事一身輕,這個重責大任就落在我身上了。所以上個禮拜就開始注意市面上適合的蛋糕選擇,因為是小朋友,所以想以卡通的設計為主,剛好在逛SOGO復興館時看到<a href="http://www.ilu.com.tw/">意廬</a>有個熊貓造型的蛋糕,因為之前帶容容去動物園玩,所以他對熊貓的辨識度很高,所以就覺得這應該是個不錯的選擇。不過大姐之前說草莓牛奶BerryMilk有做一個泡芙疊起來的蛋糕,讓他們兄弟倆一個一個拿起來吃應該會比蛋糕簡單一點,不過今天下午過去買的時候,剛好意廬4吋的蛋糕在作促銷,原價$280然後特價$199,這讓我直接決定下手這個可愛的熊貓。</span></span></div><a style="font-size:small;">,北京的胡同及四合院應該算是特色之一,所以也有不少餐廳在美味的菜色之外也希望營造出更精緻的用餐環境,而花家怡園應該算是在此類的領導者,所以我們決定造訪在簋街的四合院店。一到門外除了那個大大的招牌外真的不覺得裡面會有個大餐廳,但一走進門還真的別有洞天,整個四合院的建築主要都規劃成包廂區,中間庭院的空間便架起棚架塑造成開放式的一般用餐空間,整個空間非常的中國味,但老實說一抬頭往上看,那鐵灰色的棚架還真的非常突兀,感覺不太搭襯。</span></span></span></div><a style="font-size:small;">,經服務人員介紹後</span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style=" line-height: 24px; font-family:arial;font-size:small;">,我們叫了前菜:鮮味三品及驢肉還有她們的招牌菜:霸王雞</span><span font-family:arial;font-size:small;">,雍正王朝烤鴨及花家白菜。前菜是看他精緻但味道還好,至於雍正王朝烤鴨,聽說是該庭院是雍正還是庸親王時的外院,所以找到了當年一些菜色的資料而改良而成的,不過老實說我覺得味道是還好,到目前為止大董烤鴨在我的排名裡還是第一,比較讓我驚艷的反倒是他們的另外兩道招牌菜:霸王雞及花家白菜,霸王雞美味的來源主要是那以麻醬為底調製而成的醬汁,讓整道菜清爽但味道非常豐富,而花家白菜更是一絕,我猜他應該是用醋來調味,所以酸酸甜甜的醬汁讓白菜更顯清甜。</span></div><div><a style="font-family:arial;">,回家後上網了解了一下這個新的發現,它的起源可追溯的羅馬時期,至今仍是歐陸的一種主食之一,它可以以粥品的方式呈現也可煮至湯汁收乾以糕狀呈現,糕狀的話變化更多,依據Joyce的建議它可做成像這次使用的厚片,便可以像蘿蔔糕一樣煎製或烙煎,香酥及微焦的表面更添加的不同的美味,除此之外可以以作成薄薄的片狀當成千層麵的麵體,讓我除了couscous之外又有一像可供變化的食材,不過看起來在台灣的普及度還不高,我想在北京可能更是稀少,可能先讓我扛一包過去再去那邊找找看有沒有這樣的食材嚕!!</span></span></span></span></span></div>Jenny The wedding is Sunday and Nancy arranged us to stay one night at <a href="http://www.chinacountrysidehotels.com/">China Countryside Hotels</a>, it's an interesting hotel that they actually worked with the country house owner and help them to rent out the place when they are not around. I actually noticed her from far but I can't really tell what what that is as she wears some very beautiful decoration on the ears and body. On our way back, we saw her owner walking her up to the Great Wall to "WORK" as model and that costs RMB20 for each photo shoot.
